How to Trade In ?
Its simple, first you need to get your old phone evaluated. That is the job of our Trade In Team (managed by AftersalesMY SDN BHD).
Based on a series of queries, we will evaluate the trade in value of your phone.
Should you accept the trade in value, we will present you with a Cash Voucher which you may use as payment for a new phone here.

Go to our Trade In portal to get your old phone evaluated.
| 1. Can I change to another model after confirming / completing (made payment) an order ? |

No. You are not allowed to change to another model after payment has been completed.

| 2. Can I cancel the order after making payment ? |
|

No cancellation is allowed once payment has been made.

| 3. Can I change my delivery address after completing the order. If yes, how do I do it ? |

You will need to upload the payment slip to the portal. An email notification will be sent to you once the verification has been completed.

Warranty is provided by the device manufacturer. Warranty will start from the date of the purchase.

| 6. What happens if I'm unable to collect the device ? Can someone accept the device on my behalf ? |

Yes, you can send a representative to collect the device on your behalf. Kindly provide the name and contact of the representative at the checkout page.

You will be receiving the device within 3-5 days once we have verified your payment.
